“Stop the extradition of Sean Garland”. Workers’ Party general secretary and alleged OIRA chief of staff Sean Garland fought extradition to the United States on charges of counterfeiting from 2005 to 2012 (and was ultimately successful). Northumberland Street, Belfast.
